PHASE 1 SCHEDULE CONSULTATION

Complete the Contact Form and arrange your Consultation with Allison our Lead Designer.

Receive a cost estimate within 48 hours

Attend your Styling Consultation to discuss our recommendations for floral and event design
PHASE 2 - PROPOSAL

Receive a customized floral proposal, within 3-5 business days (after styling consultation)
PHASE 3 – CONTRACT REVIEW

Review & sign off on proposal, invoice and contract
-
Provide a 40% non-refundable retainer
PHASE 4 –WELCOME PACKET
-
Welcome packet is sent with all details of the wedding
PHASE 5 – DESIGN REVIEW

Review and approve proposed floral plan

Post-contract revisions and final adjustments made if needed

Pay final payment 30 days prior to event date
PHASE 6 – DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Personal florals are delivered to location as specified by client

Ceremony floral are delivered and installed at ceremony location – 3-5 hours prior to event start

Cocktail Hour/Reception floral are delivered and installed at reception location – 3-5 hours prior to event start
PHASE 7 – BREAKDOWN & STRIKE

Ceremony breakdown 1 hour following ceremony
