Our Process

PHASE 1 SCHEDULE CONSULTATION

 

  • Complete the Contact Form and arrange your Consultation with Allison our Lead Designer. 

  • Receive a cost estimate within 48 hours

  • Attend your Styling Consultation to discuss our recommendations for floral and event design

PHASE 2 - PROPOSAL

 

  • Receive a customized floral proposal, within 3-5 business days (after styling consultation)

PHASE 3 – CONTRACT REVIEW

 

  • Review & sign off on proposal, invoice and contract

  • Provide a 40% non-refundable retainer

PHASE 4 –WELCOME PACKET

 

  • Welcome packet is sent with all details of the wedding

 

PHASE 5 – DESIGN REVIEW

 

  • Review and approve proposed floral plan

  • Post-contract revisions and final adjustments made if needed

  • Pay final payment 30 days prior to event date

PHASE 6 – DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

 

  • Personal florals are delivered to location as specified by client

  • Ceremony floral are delivered and installed at ceremony location – 3-5 hours prior to event start

  • Cocktail Hour/Reception floral are delivered and installed at reception location – 3-5 hours prior to event start

PHASE 7 – BREAKDOWN & STRIKE

 

  • Ceremony breakdown 1 hour following ceremony

  • Reception breakdown immediately following reception (unless otherwise stated)
